CORE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
We are committed to making expert, design-led housebuilding clear and accessible. Offering a flexible approach to suit your budget, you can pick and choose our building management and interior specification services to make sure you always have access to our expertise, advice and knowledge at a price that suits you.
1.
Design
Our core essential package provides you with a beautiful bespoke spatial design for your home, including everything you need to get through planning and building regulations. We create a detailed project outline that keeps you in the loop at every stage. This is a fixed fee offering provided at a transparent price.
2.
Manage
To help you develop the scheme, we can provide management services across your entire project, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. We can manage the whole build process, lead the appointment of sub-consultants, obtain quotes and work directly with builders. With a trusted network of collaborators, we can get the best people for the best price.
3.
Specify
For a striking and complete end result, we can work with you to develop the full interior design specification, from developing 3D imaging and mood boards, to selecting materials and furniture. We can also provide this service without managing the build.

OUR APPROACH
We create a custom Manifesto for every residential architecture project. This is a creative tool used to collaborate with our clients, in order to tap into and define the story of the project.
Sustainability is built into everything we do; as well as always prioritising natural, local and low-energy materials, we work to Passivhaus standards and are constantly innovating through our own research and ongoing collaborations with the University of Suffolk.
