Local V Global Ghana

A two-week event collaborative design event acting as the catalyst for the construction of a series of low-energy community-built spaces in a rural village of Darmang in Ghana. Attended by over 100 participants, the initial workshop explored the effect of globalization on the development of the built environment and attitudes towards traditional materials and processes. The outcome of the workshop acted as a catalyst for our local partners sustainable development program.
